Terms of Service

By downloading or using G-Track (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Safety & Professional Use Disclaimer

G-Track is provided for telemetry, analytics, and informational purposes only. The accuracy of measurements (G-force, speed, timing) is dependent on the device's hardware sensors and GPS signal quality; therefore, results should be treated as estimates. This App is not a certified professional racing instrument.

The App is intended for use in controlled environments or private tracks. The developer assumes no responsibility for illegal use or for use on public roads where prohibited.

2. In-App Purchases & Entitlements

The App offers an optional Pro Membership (In-App Purchase) which unlocks premium features such as INS Assisted Speed. Payments are processed securely via Google Play Services. These entitlements are tied to your Google Play Account. The developer does not maintain a separate user database; access is managed entirely via Google Play.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any traffic violations, vehicle accidents, mechanical failures, property damage, or personal injuries resulting from the use of the App or reliance on its data.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This App is designed with a "local-first" approach to data processing.

1. Information Collection and Use

• Sensors & GPS: The App processes high-frequency motion sensor data (accelerometer) and GPS coordinates locally on your device to calculate performance metrics. This data is processed in real-time and is not transmitted to any external servers.
• Location Data: Location permission is required strictly for speed and distance measurement. We do not track your movement history or store your location logs.
• Storage Access: When you use the "Save G-Diagram" feature, the App requests permission to write to your media gallery to store the generated image. We do not read or modify any other files in your gallery.

2. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes standard industry providers that may collect data per their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services (Payments & Compliance)
• AdMob (May use the Android Advertising ID to provide relevant ads)

3. Data Retention & Security

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal data retention. Any historical G-force peaks or settings are stored locally in the App's private storage and are cleared if the App is uninstalled.
